Kalara Gardens is a complex of 2&3-bedroom duplex houses with sea view and swimming pool. It is located on the hillside among coconut groves of Bang Por, offering outstanding sea views over the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Thailand and over to neighboring Koh Phangan.
Units set on two stories with two bedrooms, pool-side terrace, spacious living room, dining area, fully equipped western kitchen and guest cloakroom. Each bedroom has its on en-suite bathroom and balcony.
On the territory of complex there are two communal infinity edge swimming pools, pool table and car parking.

Laem Sor is an ideal place for intimate wedding. Up to 40 guests are allowed in Villa 1 and up to 20 people in Villa 2. Special events or anniversaries are also available.
An event fee of USD1,000 plus tax is applicable for a wedding. All weddings must be organized by a professional planner and must be approved prior to confirmation of the wedding. The planner must provide all equipment and staffing for an event as the villa staff and villa equipment must not be used for a wedding.
A damage deposit is payable in cash on arrival of THB 100,000 or equivalent currency.
Damage deposit of $300 required on arrival which is fully refundable.
For monthly bookings, a deposit of $870 is required.
Electricity – 7 baht per unit (for rentals of 3 months or more charge is 6 baht per unit);
Internet – 1,500 THB per month;
Additional airport transfer – 600 THB per car per journey

- Check out – 11AM, check in – 3PM. Late check-out and early check-in is subject to availability, additional fee may be applied
- The villa is a no smoking property. Smoking is only permitted in outdoor designated spaces and ashtrays
must be used. Any smoking within the rooms or living areas will be subject to a deep clean fee of THB10,000
