Laem Sor is an ideal place for intimate wedding. Up to 40 guests are allowed in Villa 1 and up to 20 people in Villa 2. Special events or anniversaries are also available.
An event fee of USD1,000 plus tax is applicable for a wedding. All weddings must be organized by a professional planner and must be approved prior to confirmation of the wedding. The planner must provide all equipment and staffing for an event as the villa staff and villa equipment must not be used for a wedding.
A damage deposit is payable in cash on arrival of THB 100,000 or equivalent currency.
Security deposit – 20,000 Baht for short-term (larger deposit for long-term booking);
Electricity – 6 Baht per unit;
Preparation of breakfast/dinner – 100 Baht per person per day (min 4 persons, ingredients are paid extra);
Shopping service – 100 Baht per shopping trip;
Food delivery service from local restaurant – 100 Baht per delivery;
Minibus with driver – 400 Baht per hour (minimum 4 hours)
