Art villa is located 30 meters from the beach at Tongson Bay. There are 2 swimming pools – one private and one communal which is shared by other villas within this secure villa estate.
The property consists of a 2-storey main house and a guest house. The main house offers a comfortable living area with large LCD internet TV system and home theatre, fully equipped kitchen and dining area on the first floor. Upstairs, there is a second living area with TV and comfortable seating and 2 en-suite bedrooms.
Guest house has fully equipped kitchen and living area with sofa and flatscreen TV, internet TV system with Home theatre system, and guest en-suite bedroom.
Outside, the private pool is surrounded by sun loungers with shady bamboo pavilion, large gas BBQ and outdoor dining table. Exiting the property through secure gates brings you to the large beachfront communal pool which leads to the idyllic beach.

Laem Sor is an ideal place for intimate wedding. Up to 40 guests are allowed in Villa 1 and up to 20 people in Villa 2. Special events or anniversaries are also available.
An event fee of USD1,000 plus tax is applicable for a wedding. All weddings must be organized by a professional planner and must be approved prior to confirmation of the wedding. The planner must provide all equipment and staffing for an event as the villa staff and villa equipment must not be used for a wedding.
A damage deposit is payable in cash on arrival of THB 100,000 or equivalent currency.
Electricity – 6 Baht/unit;
Damage deposit – 20000 Baht for short-term bookings, 30000 Baht for long-term bookings

- Check out – 11AM, check in – 3PM. Late check-out and early check-in is subject to availability, additional fee may be applied
- The villa is a no smoking property. Smoking is only permitted in outdoor designated spaces and ashtrays
must be used. Any smoking within the rooms or living areas will be subject to a deep clean fee of THB10,000
