Villa Natien beach is nestled among beautilul coconut groves. It consists of a group of separate Thai style accommodation pavilions.
There is a main home, and smaller pavilions built around two swimming pools. There are abundant balconies and verandas for entertainment and dinning, including a massage pavilion, Koi Carp pool and waterfall.
The main pavilion has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room and a small kitchen. There are three additional accommodation pavilions, two with double bedrooms and lounge area and one with a single bedroom, all having en suite bathrooms.
A further pavilion features a designer kitchen with all modern facilities, and addition to several other food and drink preparation areas in each of the accommodation bungalows.
All pavilions are complete with cable or satellite TV, air conditioning and WiFi.
Unspoilt and secluded beach is located within a walking distance from the villa, main tourist places in Lamai with restaurants, bars and clubs is a few minutes away.
This is an ideal place for family reunions and holidays with groups of friends.

Laem Sor is an ideal place for intimate wedding. Up to 40 guests are allowed in Villa 1 and up to 20 people in Villa 2. Special events or anniversaries are also available.
An event fee of USD1,000 plus tax is applicable for a wedding. All weddings must be organized by a professional planner and must be approved prior to confirmation of the wedding. The planner must provide all equipment and staffing for an event as the villa staff and villa equipment must not be used for a wedding.
A damage deposit is payable in cash on arrival of THB 100,000 or equivalent currency.

- Check out – 11AM, check in – 3PM. Late check-out and early check-in is subject to availability, additional fee may be applied
- The villa is a no smoking property. Smoking is only permitted in outdoor designated spaces and ashtrays
must be used. Any smoking within the rooms or living areas will be subject to a deep clean fee of THB10,000
