Kya Beach House is a stunning villa designed in a country style. The peculiarity of this style is the use of raw natural materials that are eco-friendly and look very rough.
The accent in design is made on wood – dark or light brown, with traces of rough wood processing, or even with its obvious “defects” such as cracks, scratches, various damages or just traces of time … Excessive brutality is easily mitigated by elegant dishes and ceramics, fresh flowers and bird cages.
Kya Beach House is an ideal getaway for those who want to try a detox program, but prefer not to stay in the hotel. In a walking distance from the villa, there is one of the oldest detox hotels on the island. The hotel offers effective detox programs for cleansing and losing weight – Health Oasis. Therefore, it is very easy to follow a program in a detox hotel, enjoying the privacy and comfort of the magic villa Kya Beach House. It is especially comfortable for families with children, when some members of the family just want to relax by the sea.

Laem Sor is an ideal place for intimate wedding. Up to 40 guests are allowed in Villa 1 and up to 20 people in Villa 2. Special events or anniversaries are also available.
An event fee of USD1,000 plus tax is applicable for a wedding. All weddings must be organized by a professional planner and must be approved prior to confirmation of the wedding. The planner must provide all equipment and staffing for an event as the villa staff and villa equipment must not be used for a wedding.
A damage deposit is payable in cash on arrival of THB 100,000 or equivalent currency.
Continental breakfast and daily housekeeping are included;
7 nights minimum for either Christmas or New Year, 10 nights – for overlapping Christmas and New Year;
Chef service – 1500 baht per meal, 2500 baht for the same day lunch and dinner (+10% service charge);
2 bedroom rates exclude the use of the beachfront bungalow;
Additional bed – 1500 baht + 10% service charge
