Chaweng Apartments leave little to be desired and you will surely feel right at home with the beautiful furnishing and decoration. We can offer 2 types of apartments, Corner Apartmentsand Standard Apartments. The Corner Apartments are more spacious, even more comfortable and offer a better view.
All rooms feature cable TV, a built-in kitchen counter with fridge and coffee tea facilities. Also, they are equiped with fast ADSL internet access, a large bathtub and most rooms have a great view over the Chaweng lake.
Baan Kao Hua Jook is just a 10 minutes walk away from the white sandy Chaweng Beach. All shopping, dining and entertainment venues are also reachable by a short walk, whilst staying in a quiet place. A daily transfer service is provided to your convenience.

Laem Sor is an ideal place for intimate wedding. Up to 40 guests are allowed in Villa 1 and up to 20 people in Villa 2. Special events or anniversaries are also available.
An event fee of USD1,000 plus tax is applicable for a wedding. All weddings must be organized by a professional planner and must be approved prior to confirmation of the wedding. The planner must provide all equipment and staffing for an event as the villa staff and villa equipment must not be used for a wedding.
A damage deposit is payable in cash on arrival of THB 100,000 or equivalent currency.

- Check out – 11AM, check in – 3PM. Late check-out and early check-in is subject to availability, additional fee may be applied
- The villa is a no smoking property. Smoking is only permitted in outdoor designated spaces and ashtrays
must be used. Any smoking within the rooms or living areas will be subject to a deep clean fee of THB10,000
