The hotel is extraordinary, first of all, because of the custom-made designer furniture. Taps in the bathrooms are made from old garden pipes, some details are artificially “rustied”. In the villas, some part of the walls are concrete, and the bathrooms with bathtubs are carved from a piece of black stone resembling marble.
All rooms feature smart locks (after booking you should load a special application on your phone so that you could unlock the door by enclosing the phone to the lock).
The rooms have sensors that react to the temperature of the body of living beings. As soon as all the guests leave the room, the system automatically turns off the electricity. There is IP telephony in each room, and therefore you can make free calls around the world!
There is a possibility to change the suite to a villa and vice versa during check in, if suddenly another type of room liked more.
A very unusual gym – all training apparatuses are made from wood, including the original rowing machine with water inside, the so-called Water Rower.
If you do not want to go anywhere, then lunch and dinner to you completely free of charge will be delivered from the nearest very “tasty” restaurant “My cafe & Restaurant”.

Laem Sor is an ideal place for intimate wedding. Up to 40 guests are allowed in Villa 1 and up to 20 people in Villa 2. Special events or anniversaries are also available.
An event fee of USD1,000 plus tax is applicable for a wedding. All weddings must be organized by a professional planner and must be approved prior to confirmation of the wedding. The planner must provide all equipment and staffing for an event as the villa staff and villa equipment must not be used for a wedding.
A damage deposit is payable in cash on arrival of THB 100,000 or equivalent currency.

- Check out – 11AM, check in – 3PM. Late check-out and early check-in is subject to availability, additional fee may be applied
- The villa is a no smoking property. Smoking is only permitted in outdoor designated spaces and ashtrays
must be used. Any smoking within the rooms or living areas will be subject to a deep clean fee of THB10,000
