The Ban Sua apartments, located in Chaweng Noi, offer unspoiled seaviews from the rooms living area and seaview terraces to Chaweng beach and even further to Koh Phangan. The area is one of Samui`s last areas where Samui is still as it used to be. You can relax if you want and are still only minutes away from the busy beaches of Chaweng and Lamai. The rooms are unique and offer all modern amenities.
There are two pools with seaviews over the bay of Chaweng. The pools may be accessed by all our guests. With two pools and only a few villas on our site we have optimized a private atmosphere as it will not be crowded at the pool like in a big hotel.

Laem Sor is an ideal place for intimate wedding. Up to 40 guests are allowed in Villa 1 and up to 20 people in Villa 2. Special events or anniversaries are also available.
An event fee of USD1,000 plus tax is applicable for a wedding. All weddings must be organized by a professional planner and must be approved prior to confirmation of the wedding. The planner must provide all equipment and staffing for an event as the villa staff and villa equipment must not be used for a wedding.
A damage deposit is payable in cash on arrival of THB 100,000 or equivalent currency.
