Aqua Samui is a boutique property development featuring 47 private pool villas. Two and three bedroom villas set on a hillside among lush tropical forests have panoramic views over world famous Chaweng Beach and the Gulf of Siam.
In addition, central facilities comprise of a lobby reception, a gym/health club, restaurant/bar and parking for guests. Special features include water roofs, ponds and interesting walkways through the property to further focus on the panoramic 180 degrees of pure sea view.

Laem Sor is an ideal place for intimate wedding. Up to 40 guests are allowed in Villa 1 and up to 20 people in Villa 2. Special events or anniversaries are also available.
An event fee of USD1,000 plus tax is applicable for a wedding. All weddings must be organized by a professional planner and must be approved prior to confirmation of the wedding. The planner must provide all equipment and staffing for an event as the villa staff and villa equipment must not be used for a wedding.
A damage deposit is payable in cash on arrival of THB 100,000 or equivalent currency.
All villa rates quoted are based on maximum occupancy of 2 adults and one child per bedroom;
A maximum of 2 additional children under the age of 3 per bedroom;
A baby cot can be provided at no cost for children under the age of 3 years;
Guests aged 13 years and older at the time of check-in are classified as adults;
Security deposit – $500 ($1000 for guests under 21 years old) for short-term bookings, 1 month rental – for monthly bookings
