Villa “Baan Puri” is one of those rare retreats you will never forget.
The enormous one hundred foot long blue-tiled infinity pool has permanent, sunken beds. The pool is also ideal for swimming laps, is chemical-free and uses modern ionizing technology and robotic cleaning. A large, partially covered terrace allows alfresco dining, entertaining or simply enjoying the view.
Indoors there is a stunning open plan living area. A stylish kitchen features all the high quality appliances. A magnificent chilled 400-bottle wine cellar serves as the backdrop to a ceiling mounted one hundred inch cinema screen. The lounge area is furnished with stylish and comfortable sofas.
Six finely appointed bedrooms accommodate up to ten guests at Baan Puri. All bedrooms include en-suite bathrooms and a variety of individual perks. In one of the bathrooms, the various colored orchids hanging by the bath tub help induce truly relaxing tropical hydrotherapy and meditation.
Located in Lipa Noi, the beach at Baan Puri villa is one of the finest on the island. With soft white sand, good swimming conditions and outstanding views of the famous Five Islands, Ang Thong Marine Park and the mainland, Baan Puri is also perfectly positioned for enjoying Koh Samui’s legendary sunsets.

Weddings and Private Parties Policies
- A refundable guarantee deposit is required to cover any potential damage, payable on site
- A cleaning fee will be charged on site to the Guests depending on service provided by a professional sub-contractor
Late Check-Out Terms & Conditions
- Normal check-out time is 10:30 am
- Late check-out until 3 pm as free service only if no incoming guest on the same day
- If late check-out until 6 pm is required, 50% of daily rental rate is to be charged (even if it is a free bonus night) whether to guarantee it before arrival or when decided on site
- If guests pay for late check-out and use the night when there is a check-in the following day, early check-in the day after is not possible and normal check-in/check-out hours apply
- All early check-in at no extra cost, only upon availability
